The first thing I want to point out is what it shows in the instructions. The purpose of a pregnancy belt is to help support the growing weight of the baby. The product claims that this product will put a woman's pelvic bone back into place, which I really have a hard time believing. I would like to see some medical research. Also, a woman's pelvic bone is SUPPOSED to widen, so if this product closes it, it is a dangerous product.Second thing I want to note is that this product increased my back pain. I am currently in my late second trimester. I actually don't feel back pain unless I am wearing this support band. I am hoping it is more useful in my third trimester.I do really like the simple belt without the extra wrap that goes behind the back. Once you start adding pieces, it becomes uncomfortable.The material it is made from is great. It hasn't bothered my skin and hasn't rubbed me wrong.Finally, the pictures make the product easy to put on. When you first read the words it seems confusing, but that's not an issue for long.
