Bud, I know you read my thread about the regular ASO brace in the health/fitness section, so that should help you. While I haven't tried the speed lacer, the regular ASO brace is super easy to put on once you get the hang of it and I can easily get the brace on and into my shoe in 30 seconds. I only have to unlace the top row of holes on the brace to take the brace off, so it's simply a matter of weaving the laces into the top holes then tying them and putting the velcro straps on.I really don't notice the brace at all when I play and even after 4 months now the brace is going strong with no signs of breaking down (yet!).
