I started off with a Hiboy S2 Pro, Ive had it for over a year now with no issues at all, the stock solid tires are still doing great and I have over 2k miles on this beast, plenty of tread on the stock tires still, wouldnt be surprised if the stock tires last 3 years or longer lol I even did some burnouts with these tires. The Hiboy S2 Pro is the best for the money as far as reliability and zero maintenance, my stock brake pads still look brand new because I use the dedicated regen-braking throttle to stop, never had to use the regular brakes. Top speed is 20mph but on GPS it only does about 17mph. I also have an Evercross H5, which also has solid tires, the Evercross has a bit more power than the Hiboy and the Evercross hits 25mph on GPS. My requirements also use to be solid-tires. The tires on the Evercross also still look brand new and it has close to miles on it. Only issue I had with the Evercross was my throttle broke, but the company was quick to send me a new one free of charge, they also sent me a video on how change it out. It was most likely my fault it broke, Im pretty rough on my scoots. Anyway those 2 are the only ones I can recommend for you based on my own experience with solid tire scoots. They ride a little rougher than other air tire scoots but I found it to be worth it because I never had to change a flat on either of them.
